A bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine. Separate WC. Upstairs a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90cm and cupboard. A private parking space.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, microwave, television, garden furniture, toaster, 2 gas burners.
End of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
