Including a room to store bikes and beach gear, a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen area opening onto a terrace, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Upstairs a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a second bedroom with 3 90cm beds. including 1 bunk bed, Small garden in front of the house and a terrace with garden furniture at the back.
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, 1 regular oven, 1 microwave, electric coffee maker, 1 kettle, toaster, 1 fridge-freezer, 1 vacuum cleaner, 4 gas burners, television, 1 travel cot for babies. 1 baby seat that fits on the chair.
The end of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
