A first bedroom with a trundle bed 80 with a second underneath, a second bedroom with a 140 bed and a third bedroom with two bunk beds 90; shower room with vanity unit and a double Italian-style, separate WC. Access to the garage with the washing machine and possibility of storing bicycles or other nautical equipment. A private parking space is available on the property.
Animals are not allowed in the rental.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.
