This pleasant holiday home consists of a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, vitro hob, mini-oven, dishwasher, microwave), open to the living room with sofa and flat screen TV , a separate toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed 140, and a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 (note that the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old), a bathroom with shower Italian style, washing machine, enclosed garden with garden furniture. A private parking space 30m from the house. Pets not allowed. Labeled 2 keys and 2 stars Clévacances.

La Tranche sur Mer is a city on the edge of the ocean which will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach ... multiple landscapes that will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
