Individual, authentic and comfortable chalet on 2 floors located at the foot of the slopes, departure and arrival on skis (n° 297 on the Resort map). Unobstructed view of the slopes with a southern exposure. Close to the center and shops.

On the ground floor :
- KITCHEN: fully equipped with 4-burner ceramic hob, a traditional oven, a refrigerator with freezer section, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric coffee maker.
- LIVING ROOM: fixed bench seat, flat screen television and table for 8 guests.
- 2 BATHROOMS with walk-in shower and double sink.
- Independent WC.
- South facing TERRACE equipped with table and chairs
On the 1st floor:
- BEDROOM 1: 1 140 cm bed + 2 90 cm beds + 1 sink.
- BEDROOM 2: 1 140 cm bed + 2 90 cm beds.
- Independent WC.

Private parking for 2 vehicles, indoor ski room.
Non-smoking accommodation, equipped with duvets.
Bed/toilet linen and end-of-stay cleaning not included.
