Pretty air-conditioned holiday home of 180 m² with a fenced garden of 4,500 m² with trees and which is equipped with garden furniture, as well as a barbecue. The villa is very sunny with a southern exposure. The house is equipped with an above-ground swimming pool measuring 5.5mx3m x 1.30m high. The house has private parking for 2 vehicles. The accommodation includes an equipped kitchen, with a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a gas hob with oven and 5 cooking rings, crockery for 4 people, a microwave, a pod coffee maker , a toaster, a kettle... in the main room there is a sofa with armchairs as well as a television, a table and chairs, a decorative fireplace. A 12 m² bedroom with two 90cm beds joined together, with a storage cupboard, a bathroom with a shower, a sink and a WC. A washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Another bedroom in the basement with a 140 cm bed and storage cupboard and a bathroom adjoining the bedroom with a shower and a sink and WC. Free FIBER WIFI in the house. ACCEPTED ANIMALS. A travel cot for babies can be made available on request within the limits of our stock.
