Balcony exposed East with view on the valley and the forest.

Open plan kitchen: vitroceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer.

SLEEPING CAPACITY:
- "Junior" Bedroom: Set of pull-out sofa bed and a mezzanine bed for 1 person (3 single beds).
Top bunk not suitable for children under 6 years.
- Living-room: Double sofa-bed for 2 people (140 cm).

Bathroom with bath.
Separate toilet.

Private ski locker.
WIFI 4G extra charge (limited to 5GB/day)

Accommodation NOT suitable for people with reduced mobility and NON-smoking.

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 30/04 only, otherwise with supplement.
Towels and cleaning not included available on request.
Damage deposit required on arrival.
