1st floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 140/190 cm, 1 double bed 160/200 cm, 4 single beds including 2 bunk beds, baby bed), rest area, bathroom, shower room, WC.
2nd floor: attic bedroom (2 single beds).
Central heating.
Carport.
3000 m² of land, portico, pétanque, table tennis, table football.
Public charging station for electric vehicles 1.5 km away.
Possibility to rent bicycles 6 km from the cottage.
Available: socket for recharging electric cars. This beautiful, spacious and nicely decorated house opens onto nature, in the middle of a Norman orchard and a meadow where animals graze.

La Sauvagère est un lieu très bucolique et agréable.Nous y avons passé quatre jours très sympa. La proximité de Bagnoles de l'Orne agrémente le séjour.
