The Le Bez residence is located about 200m from the start of the Fréjus ski lifts giving access to the Serre Chevalier Vallée ski area and only 550m from the shops.

This beautiful rental apartment in the mountains has an entrance with storage, a bathroom with toilet, a bright south-facing living room with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is open and equipped (ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, microwave...). The small bedroom has bunk beds (two single beds) and storage.
Possibility to park your vehicle in the parking lot outside the residence.

The advantages of this ski vacation rental: Access to the slopes is about 200m on foot, shops are nearby.

l agence foncia qui gère l appartement est très conciliante ( arrivée tardive) ... les draps et serviettes n étant pas incluses, l agence nous a louée avec remise tous le nécessaire. ( grille pain hs à notre arrivee)

Récupération des clés grâce à une boîte aux lettres à l’agence pour arrivée tardive. Très joli studio refait à neuf mais prix un peu élevé.
