The Lautaret residence on the snow front is located about 50m from the Fréjus gondola and 200m from the Pré Long shopping center. You will also find near your accommodation the cinema, the swimming pool and the lake of Pontillas.

This holiday studio for 4 people includes a living room opening onto a balcony and equipped with two single beds and a television, in the entrance an alcove with bunk beds. The kitchen area has an electric cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom and the WC are separated. Possibility to park your vehicle in the parking lot outside the residence.
Very large garden of approximately 1000m2 at the foot of the residence.

The advantages of this studio: Possibility of returning directly on skis to the foot of the building and free access to the uncovered outdoor swimming pool of the residence in summer only.
