Description of the accommodation

Le logement : Cet appartement de vacances est idéal. Venez admirer le port et flâner le long des bateaux. Il est au rez de chaussée et se compose d'une entrée avec placards, d'un séjour avec un canapé convertible en 160cm pour 2 personnes et fauteuil, un coin repas avec une table pour 4 personnes, une terrasse avec de la verdure et salon de jardin , une cuisine équipée (micro ondes , lave vaisselles, plaques, grand frigo avec congélateur), une chambre avec deux lits en 80cm pouvant former un couchage en 160cm. Une salle de bains avec WC séparé.
Les avantages de cette location à la mer : Terrasse, piscine Juillet/Août,lave vaisselle, résidence sécurisée, proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs, plage à quelques mètres.
Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location. Il s'agit d'un service optionnel à réserver auprès de l'agence.

Ruhig, zumindest zu dieser Reisezeit (April), mit Bus oder zu Fuß kommt man gut in die Stadt. In der Nähe gibt es einen super Bäcker und kleine Restaurants.
