A few steps lead to the 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a 140 cm bed and a 3rd with 2 90 cm beds. Italian-style shower room with toilet.

Private terrace and raised garden of 100 m² with swing, slide, trampoline and sandpit at the back of the cottage. Bicycles available. Garage with table tennis and table football. Sheltered parking in front of the cottage. Baby bed, high chair, booster seat, bathtub and changing mat, child safety gates.

11 km away, Nid à la Caille lake: supervised swimming, children's games, Pont lake with equipped beach. Cycle route along the Burgundy Canal. Many cultural sites nearby: MuséoParc Alésia, Fontenay Abbey, medieval cities of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain also known for its anise and Semur-en-Auxois, Bussy-Rabutin castle, Epoisses.
