THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 1-star rated, 26 m², 1-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and can accommodate 4 people. It includes:
- One bedroom with 1 double bed
- A living room with 1 single bed and 1 trundle bed, 1 TV
- An independent kitchenette equipped with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster
- A bathroom
- A separate toilet

The balcony with a view of the mountains faces northwest. The ski locker is located in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / No pets allowed

The residence : The Equerre residence is located 300 meters from the shops and resort center. The ski slopes are for 100 meters away from the residence. A public car park is available at only 100 meters. The north facing flats get a great view on the valley and Mont Blanc.

The area : The quietest area in Les Coches, all residences are situated 100 meters from the ski slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
