THE ACCOMMODATION:
This 34 m² 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor (with an elevator) and can accommodate 6 people. It includes:

- One bedroom with 1 double bed
- A cabin with bunk beds
- A living room with 1 single sofa bed + 1 trundle bed, 1 TV, 1 stereo
- A kitchenette equipped with 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- A shower
- A separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc is facing northwest. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with an additional fee of €40).

The residence:
The Sextant residence is located 100 meters from the ski slopes. The resort center is about 300 meters away and can be accessed through a pedestrian path. Public parking areas are close to the residence, and ski lockers are in the entrance.

The area :
The quietest area in Les Coches, all the residences are situated 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
Deposit and tourist tax to be paid on site.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement particulièrement bien équipé, propre et bien situé!Il est idéal pour 5 adultes!La récupération et le dépôt des clés à l’agence GSI est très pratique.Je recommande cet appartement sans aucune hésitation!
