This 26 m² two-room apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and can accommodate 4 people. It includes:

- A bedroom with bunk beds
- A living room with 1 pull-out sofa, 1 TV, 1 radio
- An independent kitchenette with 1 microwave, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and raclette set
- A shower
- A separate toilet

The balcony with a view of Mont Blanc faces north. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / Pets allowed (with a supplement of €40).
The residence :
The Equerre residence is located 300 meters from the shops and resort center. The ski slopes are for 100 meters away from the residence. A public car park is available at only 100 meters. The north facing flats get a great view on the valley and Mont Blanc.

The area : The quietest area in Les Coches, all residences are situated 100 meters from the ski slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatoire area provides a very nice view on the valley and Mont Blanc. The access to resort center is possible through a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
