- A spacious living room with a convertible sofa.
- A kitchen equipped with an oven, 1 microwave, 3 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
- 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.

The balcony with a view of the mountains faces northwest. The ski locker is in the residence.

Non-smoking apartment / no pets allowed.

The residence:
Le Damier Residence of 4 floors with typical mountain architecture directly near the center of the resort.

The area:
Neighborhood Le Carreau is in the center of Les Coches, close to all amenities and shops, as well as daycare and ESF. Many events take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the ski runs. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.
