In Berry, 100 meters from a communal pond (free fishing license) and a children's playground, this cottage in a hamlet will allow you to spend a pleasant stay in the Brenne natural park, at the gateway to the Creuse valley and Châteauroux. Old independent farmhouse with a large garden (swing) and a terrace under an arbour.
On the ground floor: large fitted kitchen (double-sided insert fireplace) with a view into the living room - shower room - toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 130 cm bed) - 1 mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed.
Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and wood €50 per cubic meter.
