Located on the heights of Grand Tourmalet station, the Mongie Tourmalet residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and in the center of the slope of La Mongie. This residence offers a total of 682 accommodation units, with two storeys of shopping arcades. The residence offers all the necessary amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible: supermarket / grocery store - ticket office - ski schools - cafés and restaurants - ski rental.
At 1800 meters above sea level, La Mongie is one of two resorts that constitutes the domain of Grand Tourmalet, the largest ski area in the French Pyrenees. You will enjoy more than 100 km of tracks, 28 lifts, and a high point at 2500m altitude. Ideal resort for family holidays, including a beginner area to learn the pleasures of skiing for young and old. During your stay, take time to visit the Pic du Midi de Bigorre site, accessible by cable car from the center of the resort: panoramic terraces, museum and the highest planetarium in Europe.
In Bagnères-de-Bigorre, you will enjoy the thermal waters at the Aquensis area.
A free shuttle runs to the residence of the center of the resort (900m) every day, every 15 minutes (from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm), during the winter season.
