20 minutes from Saumur, "Le Verdelay" this cottage in La Ménitré is located in the immediate vicinity of the typical villages on the banks of the Loire (Le Thoureil, Gennes, ...). By car, boat, on foot, bike, or hot air balloon flight: whatever the route taken, you will succumb to the charm of the Loire landscapes in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Famous for its troglodytes and wines, the Saumur region will delight heritage lovers.

Arranged on 2 levels, the cottage opens onto a delightful living room with old-world charm: terracotta tiles, exposed beams, bread oven, tuffeau stones ... for an immersion in the past! On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.), lounge area with television, separate toilet.
