La Terrasse du Loir is private (open since 2021), you will be alone in the entire cottage.
The swimming pool and the telescopic shelter were installed in 2022.
It is heated to 29 °.

It measures 7.50m x 4m and it is just for you.
For 2024: Heated swimming pool from March 29 to November 3 inclusive. In winter after this date.
We already have reservations for 2025, the swimming pool will be heated from March 28 to November 2, 2025.

The telescopic shelter measures 10.40m x 6.20m at its widest and 1.80m at its highest.
The advantage of the shelter allows you to be warm inside in case of mixed weather, it can be opened completely or partially. This is essential to be able to enjoy the swimming pool a very large part of the year.
The shelter is larger than the pool, which allows some to sit in a sunbathing area or on chairs inside while others have fun in the water.

For an ideal stay with family or friends, the 115m2 Gîte + its magnificent 24 m² terrace overlooking the Loir is located 2km from the Zoo.
Accommodation capacity 10 people with the 4 bedrooms. 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room.

This place can accommodate good humor but not birthday parties or other evenings that would disturb the tranquility of the neighbors nearby. We are not in an isolated place.

Very close to the zoo of La Flèche, we are also not far from the lake of Monnerie, it is located 10 minutes walk via the footbridge of the Moulin de la Bruère. On site you can rent canoes, bicycles, you can fish or relax on the superb beach which is supervised in July-August. The cottage is located upstairs (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) and offers in addition to the accommodation a large terrace (24 m²) overlooking the Loir.
At your disposal, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area with flat screen TV, internet access and 2 sofas.

1 bathroom with large Italian shower and double sink. Separate toilet. 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140 x 200 and 2 bedrooms with 1 bed of 140 x 200 and 1 bed of 90 x 200 on the mezzanine. A large dressing room shared by the 4 bedrooms (board game available). On the ground floor a bathroom with WC. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer with game on site (badminton net and racket, Molky, adult and child pétanque game, wooden board puck game, beach racket).

Optional cleaning package: €60 (Cleaning of the gas barbecue, dishes and sorting in the containers must be done even if you take the cleaning package).

The MANDATORY linen kit in addition: €45 (sheets, duvet and duvet cover, towels), the beds will be made on your arrival. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Everything will be indicated to you a week before your arrival, you will find it easily.
