In a wooded and sought-after area, completely renovated cottage in a residence located near the beach and shops of LA FAUTE SUR MER including on the ground floor: entrance with cupboard, living room (convertible sofa - TV) with fitted and equipped kitchen ( Fridge Freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob), bathroom with WC. Upstairs a mezzanine with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. The rental benefits from a 16 m² equipped terrace with awning and a private parking space. Ideal rental for a pleasant vacation. Small pet accepted.
End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.
Additional services: end-of-stay cleaning (€70), rental of sheets and towels, baby equipment, and WiFi rental by mini 4g box: €40/week upon reservation.

La Faute sur Mer is the southernmost seaside resort in Vendée. It is located in the Mer du Pertuis facing the Île de Ré, near the bay of Aiguillon.
The beaches of La Faute sur Mer extend over 8 km from La Tranche to the end of Pointe d’Arçay. They are well sheltered and you can practice many water activities including sand yachting. Four beaches are monitored. They are all on a gentle slope which is pleasant for families with children. Some beaches are designed for people with reduced mobility but access from the car parks is a little remote (access via tarmac paths then sand).
