In the center of the village, in the heart of the Parc de Brière and 25 km from Guérande, large, fully renovated character cottage, adjoining the owners' house. Charming wooded and enclosed priest's garden of 210 m² (shared).
Ground floor: spacious living room with open kitchen, separate toilet.
Upstairs: large bedroom (60 m²) separated into 2 parts by a library (1 bed 140x190 + 2 beds 120x190), lounge area on the landing with sofa bed (140x190), shower room and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: freezer, DVD player, radio/CD, iPod dock, Wifi, complete baby equipment, tumble dryer (shared with owners).
Included: electricity, sheets (beds made), bathroom/household linen, tourist tax.
Not included: gas heating (13€/night), wood. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€100).

Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 7pm. Departures are at 10am.
