Detached single storey house tastefully decorated a stone's throw from the beach. It consists of an entrance with cupboard, a first bedroom with a 160 bed and cupboard, a shower room, separate WC, a living room with an open fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section), a second bedroom with a 160 bed and cupboard, a bathroom with WC, a storeroom with washing machine, a third bedroom with a 140 bed and two 90 bunk beds. Outside, pretty enclosed garden with terrace and synthetic grass, garden furniture and stone barbecue. Garage used as a storeroom (tumble dryer). Possibility to park several cars on the property.
