Superbe séjour à La Baule dans un appartement très agréable à vivre Bel appartement situé au 3e avec ascenseur donnant sur la mer. Traversant nord-sud avec chambre à coucher au nord, au calme, donnant sur un espace vert privatif. Balcon exposé plein sud mais avec de l’ombre toute la journée. Appartement très lumineux. Cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire. WC séparé de la salle de bain. Parking au sous-sol avec accès par l’ascenseur. Communs très bien entretenus et très propres.
