Un appartement correspondant aux photos et à la description, un super emplacement !Les contacts avec l'agence FONCIA qui gère l'appartement furent très bons.Dommage que les inconvénients suivants aient été relevés :- poussière et papiers datant de plusieurs semaines en dessous des canapés et meubles- la chasse d'eau qui ne s'arrête pas une fois sur deux- les bouches d'aération obstruées par la poussière- un drap fourni avec des traces de moisissureEn résumé, l'appartement est de bonne qualité, très bien situé mais manque d'entretien approfondi, c'est dommage !
