perfect choice! The sandy beach of L'Estartit is just within a 5 minutes walk
from this luxurious apartment! Here you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and
Spanish sun while you take a swim, kayak, sail, kite surf, ... you name it!

The center of this charming seaside resort is also within walking distance,
which is definitely worth a visit! Here you can stroll through its streets, eat
"tapas" on a sunny terrace or visit the lively harbor of this old fishing
village. At 200 meters from the apartment you find a supermarket with a bakery
(recommended: fresh orange juice with croissants for breakfast!).

This luxury apartment is located in an exclusive complex with gorgeous
courtyard and a lovely large swimming pool with sunbeds, which also is called
the "swimming paradise". Illa Mar d'Or 2 has two floors and is divided as
follows: On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, TV
(Spanish), air conditioning, toilet and doors with access to the terrace. The
open kitchen is equipped with a 2 ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator/freezer,
washing machine and dishwasher. On the 1st floor is the bathroom with bath,
toilet and bidet and the sleeping area. These consists of two double bedrooms,
one double and one single bed with a pull-out bed. Both bedrooms have balconies.
