Moladera offers you a beautiful sea view with the famous Medes Islands (Illes
Medes) and the harbor of L'Estartit.
This beautiful luxury holiday house, with community swimming pool, is located
on the mountain in the lovely urbanization Roca Maura.

This location offers you peace and calmness, while within 5 minutes (by car)
you are already arrive at the center of L'Estartit. A good recommendation is
not only to visit L'Estartit and its beautiful sandy beach, but also have a day
of touring around the region to discover villages (with lovely bays) such as
Begur, Pals and Peratallada, all within a 20 km radius!

Right next to the house you have the very nice communal swimming pool with
sunbathing area, and even a tennis court! Also from here you can fully enjoy a
magnificent view of the sea and the mountain 'Roca Maura.

Behind the house is a cosy garden with dining table where you can enjoy a
paella and a glass of wine. Via a staircase you can also reach the sun terrace.

Moladera consists of a spacious, tastefully furnished living room with dining
area, fireplace, TV and doors to the terrace with seaview. The open kitchen is
equipped with oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher, There are 3 double
bedrooms, of which one is the master bedroom with bathroom and access to the
terrace, and a second bathroom. In the garage is a second refrigerator and a
washing machine.

All bedrooms are equipped with a fan.
