This lovely house Casa Girones is located in the seaside resort of L'Estartit. This holiday home has been fitted with every conceivable comfort: you not only have a swimming pool behind the garden, you also have the beautiful sandy beach just 500 meters from the house! The cozy center of L'Estartit is within a 5 minutes walk from the property where you can stroll through its streets or his boulevard which leads you to the lively harbor of this old fishing village. You also have a supermarket with bakery (200 meters!), where you can buy in the morning fresh orange juice and croissants for breakfast. The property has a rear terrace which has direct access to the communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. At the front of this house there is also another terrace, with barbecue! Casa Girones has 2 floors: on the ground floor are the living room with dining area, sofa bed, kitchen, toilet and entrance to the garden. On the first floor you have the sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
