The house faces south-east with views of the Montgri Park. To the north is a woodland nature area protected by the local council of L'Escala. Here you can find a path which leads from Mateua Island to the port in L'Escala.


Cala Montgó has supermarkets, bakeries, bars, restaurants and shops.
