Description of the accommodation

Detached villa 100 meters from the sea with garden and private pool. The villa is built on two floors and has a large living room from which you can access the terrace overlooking the garden and pool, 5 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a toilet. This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties. DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation. There are many fantastic beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them very quiet and some of them untouched. A perfect place to walk on the GR-92 route, go for a bike ride, boat or kayak trip, or go scuba diving and discover the secrets that lie at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant Jordi. On the Costa Dorada, is were you will find the Calafat urbanization sea front, racing circuit and marina of the same name. Calafat has more than 2 km of coastline, It's located in the municipality of L'Ametlla de Mar , a small fishing village reknown for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes to the south you will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park, a beautiful place you need to visit! You can dive with the largest tuna in the world and enjoy exciting moments, sail on a modern and innovative catamaran. Last of all PorAventura World is a unique holiday destination full of fun for the whole family, It's just 30 minutes from Calafat. We inform you that to avoid blockages in the pool filter, pets are not allowed to swim in the pool.

positive comment: El jardin y la piscina una maravilla y la casa espaciosa y confortable. Estuvimos 10 personas y muy comodos la verdad. negative comment: Cuando una casa tiene capacidad para 10 personas las sartenes, cacerolas tambien deben tener esa capacidad. Faktan tijeras, batidora y articulos d menaje para cocinar/comer 10 personas.. Nos tocaron unos vecinos con musica en altavoz a altiiiisimo volumen…una pena que se haya perdido el civismo….

Très bonne literie. negative comment: Il manque un store banne à l’extérieur et il y a peu de vaisselle et de ustensiles de cuisine. La table extérieur est un peu vieillissante.

positive comment: La villa es maravillosa, todo muy luminoso, el jardín con la piscina una gozada para desconectar y relajarse. Hemos pasado unos días de descanso fantásticos. negative comment: En nuestra villa había bastantes hormigas, nos dieron un cebo pero no fue suficiente. Es algo normal estando con jardín y en verano, pero quizá con una desinseccion se solventaría. Y vendría bien que hubiera algo más de menaje de cocina, unas tijeras, batidora....alguna sartén más pequeña ...pero todo lo demás fenomenal
