Floor: STUDIO (bed made for 2 people 180 x 200 cm) with kitchen, adjoining shower room and toilet in supplement: 110€ per night and 300€ per weekend 2 nights. Games room (sofa bed for 2 people, Bonzini table football, Eurobillard American billiards, games tables). "La Galerie" is a superb estate from 1867 dedicated to well-being and sportsmen, labeled by the Fondation du Patrimoine, a stone's throw from the city center of L'Aigle served by the train station (Paris-Granville line). With a magnificent enclosed wooded park crossed by the river with a 200m2 pond full of fish for fishing enthusiasts (rudd, trout, carp, roach, etc.) and an ornamental pond (ducks, koi carp, donkeys and llamas) both NOT ENCLOSED. The owner resides on site in complete discretion.
The cottage can be rented for 6 people or 12 people (G804) but never to 2 different customers on the estate.

Romain acquired this property in 2008 which has remained completely original. He undertook major works while retaining the original elements to revive the buildings that have been more or less abandoned due to successive inheritances. The remarkable dovecote dates from 1877 with its zinc niches. The "Swiss Chalet" aspect of the main house is totally atypical of the region with its pointed roofs, awning, wooden balconies and valances. It is representative of the "hygienist" houses of the end of the 19th century, to attract Parisians in search of fresh air, greenery and pure water in an atmosphere worthy of the Swiss mountain pastures!
