Built on a landscaped park of more than 5500 m2, the left part is occupied by the owners or for rent and the right part for rent.
The right part has a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room with stove opening onto the terrace, a bedroom (140) with shower room. The upper floor serves 2 bedrooms (2*90) each with a private shower room or bathroom. A parking area is available.
You will be seduced by its environment and its magnificent flower garden, the colors of all beauty mixed with the varied perfumes, a single word ... True haven of peace ... Your privacy remains preserved in this idyllic setting ... while being shared.
*Housekeeping: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be deposited in town in the containers provided for this purpose. In the case of linen option, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
