This independent house, isolated and located 2km from the village, includes on the ground floor: a large living room with dining room, kitchen and pantry. Wood stove available. Living room. A bedroom with 2 beds 80. Shower room and separate WC. Upstairs: a bedroom with a bed 140 and a bed 90, a bedroom with a bed 160 and a bedroom with a bed 140. Bathroom with WC. Folding bed and high chair for baby.

Terrace and large unfenced land on the banks of the Saône of 2000 m². Swing. Garage with sink to store your bikes and fishing equipment.

1 pet maximum accepted (not in the bedrooms) with a supplement of €5 / day / pet.

Swimming is prohibited on site, minors remain under the authority and supervision of parents and accompanying adults.
