This gîte has a shared enclosed plot of land at the front with a private area, a terrace and a shared swimming pool with the owners of 11mx4m open from May 3 to September 27, 2025 located on a closed plot next to the owners' house.

On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 160X200 bed that can be converted into 2 80 beds, shower room with toilet. Shared laundry room with the owners in the basement with independent access (washing machine, dryer). Wood chip central heating. Prices include all charges. Beds made on arrival. Gîte near a farm. Possibility of storage room in an annex building. Gîte supplied by a private source, bottled drinking water provided. Ping-pong table available.
