200m from the beach and less than 1km from the town and the shops of Jullouville, pretty house comprising a living room, a dining area and a kitchen area (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer) overlooking a pleasant garden. On the 1st floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom (shower, sink) and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a mezzanine with an office and a bedroom with two beds of 90 pushed together. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Our animal freinds are not admitted.
