Independent Sologne house tastefully furnished in a quiet and wooded environment, near a private forest (hunting estate, no walking), very relaxing setting. The cottage has a private and enclosed space, very easy to access by the A10, Orléans la Source exit, 12 km from Beaugency. Close to the Loire Valley and its castles, golf practice on several courses. Ground floor: entrance, large dining room with lounge, fireplace, small office, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 140), toilet, shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140, 2 x 90), mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. Ping-pong table and bicycles.
Mandatory cleaning charged for professional rentals at €50 (charged every 15 days).
From October to April, mandatory heating according to consumption (meter reading on arrival and departure).
Deposit 450€ (except if renting more than 2 weeks deposit 700€).
