Many activities in the surrounding area: 20 minutes from the Source floral park and the Loiret mill promenade, 15 minutes from La Loire, 10 minutes from the monuments of Cléry-Saint-André, but also the gardens of Roquelin, the Ilex Arboretum garden....
This comfortable and spacious cottage, suitable for people with reduced mobility, offers absolute tranquility in the middle of the woods. Ideal for an escape of a few days or a week of teleworking in the countryside. A new tennis facility is at your disposal next to the house. The house, bathed in light, is entirely oriented towards nature, offering long walks in the woods. A billiards table will enhance your evenings by the fire. Fully renovated single-storey gîte accessible to disabled people with a large and beautiful living room with lounge (fireplace and billiard table), dining room and open kitchen, a bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds (put together), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
