Independent Sologne house tastefully furnished in a quiet and wooded environment, near a private forest (hunting area, walking prohibited), very relaxing setting. The cottage has a private and enclosed space, very easy to access via the A10, Orléans la Source exit, 12 km from Beaugency. Close to the Loire Valley and its castles, golf on several courses. Ground floor: entrance, large dining room with lounge, fireplace, small office, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 140), toilet, shower room. Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140, 2 x 90), mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. Ping-pong table and bicycles.
Mandatory cleaning charged for professional rentals at €50 (billed every 15 days).
From October to April, heating compulsory according to consumption (meter reading on arrival and departure).
