Ideally located on the edge of the Vioreau forest (240 ha) and its lakes, this cottage called "Le Champs des Oiseaux" has recently been renovated with an eco-responsible approach: use of recycled and ecological materials (paint), furniture found (Emmaüs, garage sales, etc.) and recycled with its 70s kitchen.... Adjoining another home, this cottage is a real place of tranquility and rejuvenation where it is possible to walk and discover a protected natural area. Just 1 km away, you will find the "Vioreau plein nature" leisure center open during the summer (no fishing possible). For more distant excursions, Châteaubriant is 24 km away, Ancenis 32 km away, Nantes 45 km away. Everything in this cottage harmoniously combines comfort, nature and authenticity, while respecting the place.
