Located on the edge of Lake Vioreau (no fishing possible at the moment but possible at the small Vioreau dam in "no-kill" 5 min walk), peace and quiet await you in this former hunting and fishing refuge, enlarged and renovated into an independent gîte.
Private enclosed garden of 900 m² with terrace overlooking the lake.
Ground floor: small kitchen open to living room with fireplace insert, living room with large bay windows, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with adjoining shower room (2 twin beds 90x200) and shower room.
Attic floor: 2 small pleasant bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190) and separate toilet.
Additional equipment: DVD player, Wi-Fi access, baby bed and high chair.
Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels, wood, electricity.
Mandatory cleaning package for professional customers (€90).
Animals: €100 deposit.
Bourg de Joué sur Erdre 3 km and Châteaubriant 29 km.

Coming from Nort s/Erdre, in the village of Joué s/Erdre, 1st left dir. Lake of Vioreau. Follow direction beach. The road leads to the lake crossing. Take the large bend to the right, the gîte is on the right at the edge of the road, before the Vioreau sign.
