Description of the accommodation

Detached single-story country house. Living room with fireplace and sofa bed for 2 people, connected Ambilight smart TV, and fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Excellent internet connection. Terrace and equipped summer kitchen (combined plancha-barbecue, refrigerator and microwave), garden dining table with 6 chairs, garden furniture, 4 sun loungers, 2 deckchairs. Wooded garden and orchard surrounded by pastures. Shelter for bicycles and car. Ping-pong and möllky games, darts, badminton rackets, pétanque. Reinforced charging point for electric vehicles (billed based on actual consumption). Small dogs accepted on prior request to the owner with an increased deposit. The Gite du P'tit Boucher is a charming house completely renovated in 2020 by the Courcière family, passed down through several generations. Previously, it belonged to a man named "Leboucher," hence the name, probably given to it by the hamlet's inhabitants since the 19th century. At the end of a path, you'll enjoy a quiet, wooded setting, not overlooked, with cows grazing opposite the cottage. For fishing enthusiasts, there are over 20 km of rivers stocked with trout, pike, crayfish, and white fish nearby. A fish farm with a fishing lake is 1 km away. Lake Rabodanges and the La Ferté Macé leisure center are 23 km away. A goat farm can be visited 5 km away. Rustik immersion park is 22 minutes away. Car rental is available in Argentan upon arrival at the train station.

Jean-Louis est un hôte de confiance et attentionné qui nous a très bien accueilli. Il nous a expliqué les choses à savoir sur le Gîte, nous a donné des conseils sur les endroits à visiter (ex : Roches d'Oëtre) et nous a fait découvrir des produits locaux (très bon cidre produit à proximité).Ce Gîte est d'une bonne qualité, il est très bien équipé (équipement de cuisine, chauffage moderne, douche italienne...) et décoré pour qu'on s'y sente bien lors du séjour (la cheminée est très agréable en hivers). Il est également équipé d'un BBQ et de très beaux espaces verts.Vivement conseillé pour un séjour de repos à la campagne.
