Description of the accommodation

Upstairs, you will have a living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto a lounge/living room equipped with a sofa bed (possibility of 2 additional beds with a supplement of 10€/night), a spacious double bedroom (2 beds of 90x190 which can be offered as a double bed or separate beds), a bathroom (shower, sink, WC). On the ground floor, you will find a common room composed of a laundry area and a relaxation lounge with board games and tourist brochures. Outside, you will enjoy parking, a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue) and an enclosed garden to share. A gym dedicated to the gites is accessible free of charge as well as a wellness area with sauna/hammam/jacuzzi/tea room/sanitary facilities (supplement of 60€ for a 1h30 session). You will also have access to a swimming pool shared by the 3 gîtes (3.70m x 10.50m) from July to September. Communal reception room nearby. On the Route des Eglises classés, halfway between the Lacs d'Orient and du Der, come and stay in this gîte adjoining another gîte located on the first floor of a large house. In order to facilitate your stay, the beds will be made on arrival, the charges (heating/electricity) will be included in the price. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: aerodrome (5 km from Brienne), various activities around the lake (water activities, tree climbing, casino, etc.).
