Fitted kitchen with central island. 3 bedrooms with parquet flooring: 2 with a 160 bed and 1 with a 90 bed. Shower room with Italian shower and double sink. Separate suspended toilet. Terrace and private garden of 250 m². Parking. The establishment is not suitable for business stays.
Nearby: many hiking trails. Morvan Regional Nature Park. Lac de Pont. Epoisses, its castle and its famous cheese. Semur-en-Auxois, medieval town of character.
