This old lumberjack's house has been completely renovated into a holiday home. It is located in the immediate vicinity of a farm with Charolais breeding. You will appreciate its fully enclosed green space, you will enjoy the forest and its leisure activities in all seasons (mushrooms, deer bellowing, fishing at the Pirot pond and walks).
Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen, dining area and lounge area. 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), 1 bathroom (shower and closed toilet). Upstairs: a large bedroom composed of 2 rooms closed by a curtain to preserve privacy (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90), separate toilet. Carport.
Green space with lawn, terrace, covered shelter for taking your meals. In the village located 1.5 km away, children's games are at your disposal. Unsupervised swimming is at the Pirot pond 1 km away. Please note that dogs are not accepted.
