This former lumberjack's house has been completely renovated into a holiday home. It is located in the immediate vicinity of a Charolais breeding farm. You will appreciate its entirely enclosed green space, you will enjoy the forest and its leisure activities in all seasons (mushrooms, deer bellowing, fishing at the Pirot pond and walks).
Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen, dining area and lounge area. 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed), 1 bathroom (shower and closed toilet). Upstairs: a large bedroom made up of 2 rooms closed by a curtain to preserve privacy (1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds), separate toilet. Carport.
Green space with lawn, terrace, covered shelter for your meals. In the village located 1.5 km away, games for children are at your disposal. Unsupervised swimming can be found at the Pirot pond 1 km away. Please note dogs are not accepted.
