By bike or on foot, the Loire à Vélo cycle route promises you great discoveries on its paths along the river.

This small 50m² house is perfect for a couple or a small family with two young children. 30m² living room with open fitted kitchen, dining area, small lounge with sofa and rocking chair, television (non-functional stove). Join the terrace from the living room. The outdoor space of approximately 80m² is entirely enclosed by walls. You can therefore store your bikes there safely. Available on the terrace: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, shed, armchairs, children's games.

Take the Japanese staircase to go upstairs where you will find a small bedroom (8.50m² at a height of 1m80 and 16m² on the ground) with a 160 x 200 cm bed with memory foam mattress. The bedroom is bright thanks to its 3 windows. A second room upstairs has a large wardrobe as well as 2 90 x 190 cm beds that can accommodate 2 children on request.
