Ideally located on the seafront, 200m from Place des Landais with its bars and restaurants, the Point d'Or residence will allow you to fully enjoy the beach and its activities, as well as the city center with its shops ( 10min walk) without ever using your car. The apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the residence (with elevator) is composed of an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker) open to the living room which itself opens onto the loggia equipped with a table for meal. The sleeping area includes a bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and a second bed under an alcove of the same dimensions. The plus of this accommodation, a collective swimming pool open from June to September, two terraces as well as a private parking space. You can only be seduced by the quality of the services offered by this accommodation as well as its location, ideal for holidays with family or friends. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation price. To be paid before your arrival: tourist tax and accommodation deposit by credit card only.
