Upstairs: 2nd living room on the landing. One bedroom with 1 double bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 1 baby crib. Bathroom. Toilet.

Maximum 2 pets allowed with a supplement of €5/pet/day.

Bucolic setting just a few hundred meters from the Champagne-Burgundy Canal and the banks of the Saône, very pleasant for walking and fishing. 7 km away, beach and supervised swimming in summer in Pontailler-sur-Saône. Cycling nearby (Blue Route). Eco-paddler canoe trail.

Charges and supplements:
Bed linens: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed. Towels are not provided.
End-of-stay cleaning: €80 (weekly for business trips).
Oil heating (€28 per day) and electricity according to meter reading.
