WC. Laundry room. The cottage is equipped with a travel cot, a high chair, a changing mat, a bathtub.

600 m² unfenced garden with open views of the countryside (not overlooked from the terrace). Closed garage for small car. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.

This house was built with new materials designed for energy savings, Underfloor heating by water-water geothermal energy. Electric shutters. Internet access.

You can enjoy the many nature activities accessible to all near the cottage: fishing, hiking, bike rides with direct access to the Voie Bleue which is part of the V 50 (Échappée Bleue) and eco-paddling canoe circuit to discover the fauna and flora of the Saône and the Ognon. 2 canoes available (free, on request and in summer only). 2 men's mountain bikes and 2 women's mountain bikes available.

The cottage is located in the triangle DIJON (35km)-DOLE (30 km)-BESANÇON (40 km).
