Description of the accommodation

Located on the upper floor of the owners' second home, with a separate entrance, it offers great comfort, with its living space including a spacious living room, dining room and very well-equipped kitchen. A large bedroom can accommodate two people (1 160 cm bed) and the possibility of another person (1 90 cm bed), bathroom (shower), toilet. Electric heating/reversible air conditioning. In fine weather, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September (dimensions 5m x 10 m, maximum depth 1.70m), it is shared with the owners (times to be defined on site) without forgetting the garden, the terrace, and a small summer kitchen is at your disposal with barbecue and pétanque ground... Vichy all sports and leisure 7 km away. Possibility of an additional person on request. Prices Treatment for 3 consecutive weeks: Off season: €900 Mid season and school holidays: €1000 High and very high season: €1200. THE ADVANTAGES OF THE GITE: Sheets, towels and household linen provided.
End-of-stay cleaning is extra. Bike rental: €30/person (for the stay). Heating and electricity at the customer's expense, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
