In a quiet area of the town of Gujan Mestras, pleasant house (detached on one side) of approximately 90 m², with a garden at the back and front. Its large sheltered terrace will allow you to enjoy meals outdoors with friends or family.
For ease of parking, it is possible to park in the driveway of the house.
The veranda offers you the dining area, then the living room with TV and WIFI.

A first large bedroom with 160 cm bedding offering you two beds and its dressing cupboard for maximum comfort. A second bedroom with a 140cm bed for two people, also with a cupboard. Its bathroom with walk-in shower. A third and final bedroom with a sofa bed (either an 80 cm bed or a 160 cm bed), and its closet with an 80 cm extra bed if necessary. And a separate toilet.
Gujan Mestras offers you plenty of activities with its amusement parks and its small oyster ports. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you will not have time to get bored. You have a shopping center nearby.
